How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our products and clicking 'Add to Cart', then proceeding to checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Because every case is made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty case, please contact us with photos and we’ll put it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we can’t stop it.

How long will my case take to arrive?

Production usually takes a few days since each case is printed and assembled just for you. Shipping times depend on your location, but you’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
