All of our artwork is original and exclusive to Head Cases Online. From abstract patterns to pop culture twists and travel-inspired scenes, each design is carefully crafted to stand out in your hand and on your feed. We don't do copy-and-paste graphics — every design is unique, giving you something you simply won't find in the shops.

The Materials

Our Tough Cases are built with two layers:

🛡️ TPU inner layer – a flexible, shock-absorbing material that cushions your phone from drops.

💎 Polycarbonate outer shell – a rigid, scratch-resistant surface that locks in the design and protects against impact.

The Printing Process

Each case is made to order using advanced 3D sublimation printing. This process wraps the artwork all the way around the case, including the edges, for a seamless, vibrant finish. The result? Bold colours, sharp detail, and a design that won't fade, peel, or wash off.

The Quality

We don't stockpile cases. Every order is freshly printed and assembled, meaning you get a brand-new product that hasn't been sitting in a warehouse. Every case is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards for durability and print quality.

Cancellations & Returns

Because every case is made to order:

⏰ Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

🔄 Returns are not accepted, unless your case arrives damaged or defective. In that rare event, get in touch and we'll replace it right away.
